As a Country Manager at Keys.Express GmbH:
Your responsibilities will include:
- Responsibility over the sales activities and the achievement of the sales targets of the management team in the sales area.
- Setting targets and plans for growth in the sales area in cooperation with General Maneger.
- Implementing growth strategy in consultation with General Manager.
- Expansion of market presence of local sales platforms.
- Implementation of marketing activities within the marketing guidelines.
- Esbablishment of a network with B2B partners.
- Acquiring new business customers (B2B through targeted visits/calls
- Managing customer concerns at the Help Desk LiveAgent
- Maintaining customer satisfaction in the Help Desk at an average of at least 4.5 out of 5 points
- Building up the average customer rating in the sales area to at least 4.5 out of 5 points
- Ensuring quality in the webshop(s) of products / translations / links / instructions in the languages of the sales territory
- Active, personal training in the required areas
- Recruiting and supervising local support staff if time/turnover permits
- Monthly reporting on sales activities, turnover, challenges and successes
