As a Digital Content Specialist (Klaviyo) at Keys.Express GmbH:
We are looking for a Digital Content Specialist who will plan, produce, and publish engaging digital content in accordance with our brand identity and style guidelines.
You are expected to design and publish content in the form of newsletters, blogs and other marketing designs.
Keys.Express is an international, rapidly growing reseller for software and hardware with a focus on product keys. We are looking for a qualified Graphic Designer / Content Editor to start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities
- Create appealing graphics for our newsletters and blogs that match the topic (text content is provided)
- Design the layout for newsletters and include the correct product information (description, price, link, image) for each customer segment.
- Setup bi-monthly newsletters in Klaviyo for all our different segments.
- Visual check newsletters for B2B and B2C in 8 different languages and make corrections.
- Work with translators and proof readers and implement changes in a timely manner.
- Ensure all deadlines are met and newsletters are sent out on time.
- Perform A/B tests and provide suggestions for improvements of deliverability
- Maintain an up-to-date list of subscribers and report monthly on the Klaviyo stats.
- Write newsletter content when necessary.
Requirements
- Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator or compatible
- Creative gift, can produce stunning graphics to various topics
- 3–5 years of graphic design and editorial experience
- Excellent editing skills and ability to adapt to our style guidelines
- Working knowledge of Klaviyo email marketing service
- Understanding of audience engagement strategies
- English communication skill is a must, German a plus
