As a Sales Manager at Keys.Express GmbH: 

List of duties/activities:

  • Responsibility for the sales activities and the achievement of the sales targets set by the management in the sales territory
  • Set targets and plans for growth in the sales territory in conjunction with the Country Manager’s vision/business plan.
  • Implement the growth strategy
  • Generate customer leads and close new business, focusing on corporate customers with targeted visits and calls
  • Build a network of B2B partners
  • Support customers on site, by phone or remote support and via Help Desk ticketing system (LiveAgent)
  • Maintain customer satisfaction at the help desk at an average of at least 4.5 out of 5 points
  • Prepare quotations for corporate customers
  • Enter orders for customers in the Magento 2 shop system
  • Expand market presence in local sales platforms
  • Take care of customers and their questions and evaluations on platforms
  • Follow up on dissatisfied customers, delivering vouchers, having bad reviews improved wherever possible
  • Build up average customer ratings in the sales area of at least 4.5 out of 5 points
  • Data maintenance of products in the shop and on platforms
  • Plan and implement sales-promoting measures on the platforms
  • Plan and implement marketing activities in cooperation with the Country Manager and Marketing Team
  • Plan regular mailings and promotions and implement them together with the marketing team
  • Measure and evaluate marketing activities whenever possible (Google Analytics, reporting)
  • Represent the company at on-site events such as trade fairs
  • Actively provide personal training in the required areas
  • Recruit and supervise local support staff, if effort/turnover permits
  • Monthly reporting on sales activities, turnover, challenges and success
