Edit the Frontend user
The price plan of a customer is assigned at the frontend user level. Login to Typo3 and go to (1) Frontend Users > search for the customer’s email address (2) > click Search (3) and you should find the user.
Edit the user by clicking on the edit icon.
Assign price plan to user
If the customer gets a specific price plan you can assign it in the (1) General tab:
Under Groups in the right column (2) you will see all the available Customer Groups. Click on the Customer Group that represents the price plan you want to assign. It will display on the left (3), meaning that it is active for this customer. Click Save (4) to finish.
Customer Group A – Price Plan A, Customer Group B – Price Plan B, etc.
