If Images are not updating on the front end, after uploading them via FTP to the web server, it is likely due to the CDN that has not been updated. You can purge the CDN cache as follows:
Please note that purging the cache is not advisable during high traffic.

This is how you can purge the CDN cache including the nginx and varnish. On the Nexcess dashboard, click on the plan and on the left side > Nexcess CDN > Purge cache.
