Go to Stores > Configuration > Sales > Tax
Switch the Scope to the Store View you want to modify, eg. Switzerland German
Confirm the message with OK
Wait for the page to reload in the correct store view
Go down to the “Default Tax Destination Calculation” Section (1). Uncheck “Use Website” (2) and select the country you need (3)
