Outlook MacOS 10.15-13.XX

  1. Before installing the new Office package, please uninstall all older versions of Office from your computer. You can find and uninstall them in Applications by deleting all Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook software. Then empty the recycle garbage can. If you had Office 365 installed, please download and run the Microsoft Office 365 license uninstall tool. This is essential.
  2. In the email or on the invoice, you have 2 files to download from our download center: the installer and serializer.
  3. After having downloaded both files, launch the installation by double-clicking on the first file downloaded (the installer) and wait for the end of the installation by accepting the choices. Once the installation is finished, you have installed the software.
  4. Then double click on the 2nd file (the serializer) and wait for the end of the installation by accepting the choices. Once the installation is finished, you have successfully completed the installation process.
  5. When the 2 files have been installed without error, you can go to Applications and launch Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Outlook. Normally, Office launches the update software for its programs. Wait until the update is complete.
  6. Once the software is launched, you don't need to create a Microsoft account or enter the one you have, but you can do it. Select the "skip sign in" choice to access the software and start using it.
