Installation:

1. Click the download button in the Download Center.
2. You will be redirected to the manufacturer's website and asked to login or create a new account.
3. Follow the instructions during registration and enter the password for the product you purchased from us when prompted.
4. Select the software in question and download it.
5. Enter your download folder and double-click the installer application file you just downloaded.
6. Follow the installation program's instructions.

Activation guarantee:

If the password doesn't work, we'll replace it for free! There is no risk. Our passwords are mostly volume licenses, so they have to be activated within a certain period of time. If you followed all the instructions and - as the video demonstrates - downloaded, extracted (if necessary) and installed the file, but the password does not activate software, it is possible that the password has expired (it is not evident how long the license password has been in the market). In this case, we ask you to fill in the form in our help center and send an image with the error message. You will then receive a new password for immediate activation.
