Quicksteps

1. Click on the download button in the Download Center.
2. The download starts automatically.
3. Access your PC's download folder and open the just downloaded disk image file.
4. Follow the instructions of the installation program.
5. During the installation you will be asked to enter the key.

Detailed Walkthrough

1. Click the Red Button to start downloading PDF Expert 15 Professional .exe file.

2. Click on the Expert_pdf_15.exe file.

3. Click Yes in the pop up window.

4 and 5. Select the folder where you want the program to be installed, and then click Next.

6. Click on Accept to agree to the License Agreement and continue.

7. Wait for a moment

8. A pop-up window will appear saying that the program has been successfully installed.

Activation

9. On the desktop, click on the PDF Expert 15 Pro logo.

10. Wait for a moment

11. Click on Preferences logo, in the Right side of your screen

12. Click on Measurements

13. Click on Activate Now button

14. A serial number pop up window will open

15. Go to your email and copy the serial number that KE sent you after purchasing the product.

16. Paste the serial number in the PDF EXPERT 15 PRO serial pop up window

17. Click Ok to finish the activation process

Activation guarantee:

If a key should not work, we will replace it for free! You will run no risk. We mostly sell volume licenses that need to be activated within a certain period of time. When you have followed all the instructions correctly and – as described in the video – downloaded the file, unpacked (if necessary) and installed it, but the key cannot activate the software, then it could be that the key has expired (it is sometimes not clear how long the product key has been on the market). In this case, we kindly ask you to fill out the form on our support service center attaching a screenshot with the error message. We will then immediately send you a new activation key.
