Thank you very much for your purchase! Please find your invoice attached to this email. In order to guarantee a successful installation and activation, please follow the instructions below:

Requirements:

• Your current email address so Adobe can contact you if your serial number is available.
• The product code on your Student and Teacher product
• A digital copy of the proof of eligibility (required documents and formats can be found below)

 

Save or print this page on your desktop so that you can access the instructions if necessary.

1. Log in to the Adobe Customer Support Portalwith your Adobe ID to access the Student and Teachers Edition Order Form. If you don't have an Adobe ID, you'll need to create one. Use this ID to retrieve your serial number and to send any questions.
2. Fill out the Student Edition order form. Enter the product code that came with your software in the appropriate field.
3. Attach a digital copy of the proof of eligibility and send the customer case. Adobe typically emails instructions to get the serial number within three business days.
