- Follow the link from the invoice to our Download Center and download the Visio or Project package. We always recommend downloading and installing the 64-bit application. If you prefer the 32-bit version, you can select it in our Download Center.
- If the download is complete, you must first right-click on it and extract it all.
- Open the new folder and start the installation by double-clicking on the file “start”. If necessary, you have to start the file with aright click on it and with “Run as administrator”.
- If you get an error message that stated that you have an incompatible Office (Like Microsoft 365 or a Home & Business) installed on your computer, you would need to change the Program to the Visio 2019 Retail or Project 2019 Retail. Please contact us in that case.
- After the installation has been completed and you have verified it, you can enter the key. To do this, open Word and click on “File” in the upper left corner.
- Here you will find the sub-item “Account”. There you will find on the right side of the now opened menu “Enter product key” or “Change license”. Here please enter the key from us.
